Over the course of my career I have worked with many people who are suffering, feel stuck in chaos, and are not sure how to create lives that feel more fulfilling. Many have not even been certain a more fulfilling life is possible. It is.

Each of us moves through the universe, navigating our internal world and our external world as effectively as we know how, with the skills and resources we have. What if we could be more aware of the ways we approach ourselves, others, and our goals? What if we could more effectively manage all of the issues of security, relating to others, self-confidence, love, and speaking our truth from a place of compassion and flexibility? We can.

Increasingly, research is demonstrating the interconnectedness of the mind-body. My approach to supporting healing and transformation is to incorporate a number of mind-body approaches to wellness, with traditional talk therapy, as well as neuroscience to help you reach your potential. 


In psychotherapy I take a collaborative approach and incorporate a number of highly specialized clinical techniques and approaches. Together we will create a comprehensive plan to help you make the most of your strengths and skills, and support you on your path toward a greater sense of health and wellbeing in mind, body, and spirit.

Treatment may include a combination of interventions such as clinical hypnosis, biofeedback for self-regulation, LENS, DBT skills, mindfulness and acceptance-based approaches, a holistic approach to health coaching, EMDR, and specialized skills for the treatment of trauma and dissociative disorders.
